Q. What are your business hours?

A. We are open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST.

Q. I would like to talk to someone regarding my loan.

A. Please call our customer service number, toll free at 866.574.2001 x 4.  Please call between the hours of Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST.  If your call is not answered, please leave a message and someone should call you within 24 hours.

Q. Do you accept Western Union?

A. No.  Our current payment methods are check, cashiers check, money order, or check-by-phone.

Q. Do you offer online payments?

A. Currently an online payment service is not offered.

Q. How do I request a Payoff, or VOM?

A. FOR PAYOFF DEMANDS, PAY HISTORIES, VOM'S, PLEASE FAX YOUR REQUEST WITH BORROWERS AUTHORIZATION TO 714.596.6331, ATTN: PAYOFF DEPARTMENT. PLEASE ALLOW 3 – 5 DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST.
